About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Robin Hood Avenue. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their aspirations
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as domestic and finance management, accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to identify and address their needs and goals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a mental health or social care setting
  • Understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience
  • Caring and compassionate nature, with empathy and enthusiasm for helping others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including on-call duties
