Recovery Focus is a leading provider of mental health services, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with mental health issues to achieve their goals and aspirations. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will work closely with our service users to develop personalized support plans, helping them to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help service users achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Work closely with service users to identify and address any barriers to their recovery
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare workers and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive support package
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services to support service users

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has relevant experience in mental health support, preferably in a community-based setting. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to participate in a weekly rota system and on-call duties.
