About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with mental health issues to achieve their goals and aspirations. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will work closely with our service users to develop personalized support plans, helping them to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help service users achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Work closely with service users to identify and address any barriers to recovery
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a mental health setting
  • Understanding of mental health issues and recovery principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a varied shift pattern
