CIS Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our CIS Sales team as the Head of CIS Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of umbrella payroll, CIS, accountancy and tax services.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the recruitment supply within construction and be based in the Northwest region with a UK-based role. You will be responsible for developing and launching a new division within the group and recruiting a team to drive the growth of the division.
Job Description:- Drive profitable growth by building strong relationships with construction recruitment agencies and end clients
- Expand revenue streams across our range of services, including CIS, Umbrella and Accountancy services
- Conduct face-to-face and video meetings with consultants and managers to foster growth
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements:- Preferred experience in the industry or recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement account plans
- Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with agency partners
- Experience in presenting to customers at various levels, including senior positions
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
