Strategic Sales Director

Overview
As a result of continued expansion and growth in brand awareness, Neos Global Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding business to bring in a high-calibre Sales Manager with national remit who will sit on the senior leadership team.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the successful individual will oversee the creation and execution of a growth roadmap and input into overall business strategy, in-line with the company's ambitious targets.
Key deliverables include managing a team, setting targets, reviews, training, coaching, and mentoring to improve contribution to the business, as well as creating a sales & marketing strategy, roadmap for further growth and strategy implementation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop a high-performing team and drive performance within a growing SME environment.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience with the sale of a physical, customisable product, be ambitious, driven, and aligned with the company's growth ambitions, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Estimated salary: up to £70k + bonus.
