Neos Global Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding business to recruit a high-calibre Senior Sales Director. This senior leadership role will sit on the company's management team and be responsible for driving growth through sales strategy and team development.
The successful candidate will oversee the creation and execution of a growth roadmap, contributing to the company's ambitious targets. Key responsibilities will include managing a sales support team, creating a sales and marketing strategy, and implementing innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Team Management: Set targets, conduct reviews, provide training and coaching to improve team contribution.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to drive further growth.
- Communication: Effectively communicate across all aspects of the business, including operations and finance.
- Presentation: Present innovative ideas and business plans to senior management and review team performance regularly.
- Tender Processes: Experience of tender processes would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in selling physical or customisable products.
- Ambitious and driven individual aligned with the company's growth ambitions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop unique customer identification and management strategies.
