Business Development Manager Job Description

EFAB Resourcing Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand our market reach.
  • Assist in producing information for proposal submissions and PQQs.
  • Support operational matters as required.
  • Produce regular BD update reports.
Requirements:Revenue Growth:
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed revenue and sales targets of £120,000 per annum.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and secure at least 3 new clients or markets within the first 9 months.
