Job Description

The CRM Manager will oversee a team of analysts to drive and develop a customer-centric strategy across CRM. This includes leveraging insights, technologies, and best practices to deliver a compelling communications strategy.

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Analytics and work closely with teams including Buying & Merchandising, Ecommerce, Brand & Studio. They will be responsible for managing complex campaign delivery, measuring performance, and providing insights on a weekly basis.

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial CRM experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication/presentation skills. They must be able to convert and communicate data to a wide range of audiences and build/maintain strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of executives to plan and execute compelling communications across email, push, and SMS channels.
  • Manage complex campaign delivery through team prioritization and planning.
  • Measure performance of the CRM channels and provide performance insights on a weekly basis.
  • Leverage insights and data to identify new opportunities for customer communications across personalization and segmentation.
