Career Opportunity: We are seeking an accomplished Digital Customer Experience Manager to lead our CRM efforts at END CLOTHING. As a seasoned professional with significant commercial CRM experience, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a customer-centric strategy across CRM channels.

Your key objectives will include managing complex campaign delivery through team prioritisation and planning, measuring performance of the CRM channels, and creating business cases to size new potential candidates. With a strong track record of driving performance and leveraging insights to identify new opportunities, you will be instrumental in shaping our customer-centric strategy.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication/presentation skills, allowing you to convert and communicate data to a wide range of audiences. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business will ensure that revenue targets are met and incremental revenue is created whenever possible.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum. If you have experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, and HTML coding skills, and a strong interest in END CLOTHING and our brand roster, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
