The British Heart Foundation is seeking an experienced Assistant Fashion Store Manager to join our home store team in Washington. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Your primary focus will be inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
  • Achieving targets
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  • Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
