We are recruiting for a Technical Service Desk Professional to provide top-notch technical support to our team at Picture More Ltd.

This permanent role comes with a competitive salary of £35k-£40k per annum and offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement, where you can work remotely one week out of every four.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years' experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
  • Strong familiarity with hardware, including laptops and mobile phones.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, iManage, and other related technologies.

You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless IT operations across our organization.
