Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Global IT Support Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to all employees, ensuring they receive exceptional service and assistance with any technical issues.
About the Job:
The Global IT Support Service Desk offers expert technical support to all employees, ensuring they receive excellent service and assistance with any technical issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all employees via phone and email.
- Monitor ticket status, follow up with technicians, and contact users after resolution for quality assurance.
- Resolve issues on first contact and escalate complex cases to technicians.
- Log inquiries and maintain accurate records in the Service Desk tracking system.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop tactical plans.
- Proficient in operating systems and core applications, including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 Suite.
- Intermediate networking knowledge, including wireless technologies.
- Familiar with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers.
- Available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum. Our salary is competitive and reflects the skills and experience required for this role.
