Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Accounts Manager to join our Home Ownership team on a permanent basis. This role plays a vital part in delivering the Group's income management services and policies, with a strong commitment to maximising rent and service charge collection while supporting customers through challenging financial circumstances.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Accounts Manager, you will oversee the entire income collection and arrears process within a designated area, closely monitoring housing debt and guiding customers through the recovery journey until a resolution is reached. Your key responsibilities include implementing appropriate recovery actions, aiming to reduce both the level of arrears and customer stress, while striving to meet annual targets.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong track record in delivering high-quality customer service and possess excellent communication skills. You must be able to adapt well and confidently handle difficult situations, presenting cases to court when necessary. A housing background is essential, along with GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent and proficiency in MS Office packages. Travel is required to attend court sessions.
