Job Title - Senior Director of Child Welfare Services Expansion

Contract - Permanent

This pivotal leadership role reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial part in advancing Coram's commercial data, consultancy, and membership services for local and national governments to improve outcomes across children's services and related areas. Coram-I focuses on advancing outcomes through data-driven insights and consultancy services, including the Coram Innovation Incubator, while CoramBAAF serves as the premier national professional membership body for adoption, fostering, and kinship care.

This key opportunity seeks an entrepreneurial and ambitious multi-functional leader with strategic commercial expertise in management consultancy and member services to build upon and develop these established platforms. The successful candidate will bring personal leadership authority and enterprise to drive business growth and achieve transformative change in systems, processes, and delivery methods to benefit children.
