Senior Director of Strategic Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Growth and Expansion to lead our London office as UK and European Managing Director, overseeing multiple heads, headcount expansion, contract growth, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Headcount Expansion: Hire up to 10 staff by the end of the year with significant financial incentives.
- Contract Growth: Drive contract revenue from sales floor, a top priority.
- Business Strategy: Ensure rock-solid strategies and processes for rapid and sustainable growth.
- A competitive salary of up to £150,000 per annum, plus multiple bonuses.
- Share options with serious wealth creation potential.
- Direct reporting to the CEO and COO.
- Scope to add 15-20 heads to the London office ASAP.
- Key market coverage: Accountancy, Financial Services, Private Equity.
- Rapidly growing brand with over 100 years combined industry experience.
