Job Title: Strategic Growth Director

We are now recruiting for a Strategic Business Development Manager for our client based in the heart of London, with modern and welcoming offices that promote productivity and collaboration.

The role of Business Development Manager will drive growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to support the company's long-term objectives. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing business development strategies, focusing on market expansion, partnership building, and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets that align with our growth goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, clients, and strategic partners to unlock business potential and create value.
  4. Prepare financial models and business cases to support proposed ventures, projects, or partnerships, providing ROI analysis and forecasts.
  5. Establish and track KPIs for business development activities, providing regular updates to Senior Management on progress and outcomes.
  6. Generate reports and presentations for Senior Management, summarising market insights, strategic recommendations, and business development results.
Salary and Benefits

A competitive total salary package of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum, with a potential bonus of 15%, and an additional 15% stretch based on KPIs set around revenue generated for existing customers and growth. The company offers flexible working policy, with two days per week in the office and three days per week from home. Other benefits include 25 days holiday, pension Cycle-to-Work and more.
