As a Senior Care Assistant at Bupa Global, you will be responsible for running a unit, supporting clinical duties, driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, and building relationships with residents and their families.
What You'll Do:
- Take day-to-day responsibility for running a unit
- Support with clinical duties, including assisting the nurse to observe, issue medication, review care plans, and maintain accurate record keeping
- Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants
- Help with training and supervision of new staff members
- Assist residents with a range of personal care duties
Requirements:
- NVQ3 in care or working towards
