Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Children Residential Home Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team in delivering high-quality care and support to young people in a Children's home in Barnet.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Children's residential care.
  • Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections.
