Job Summary

As a Crühe Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the childcare team in delivering exceptional care to our young members. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our childcare facilities and provide a positive experience for children and their families.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have relevant early years childcare qualifications at level 2 and be a self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include discounts on products, unlimited 50% discount on food and drinks, and opportunities for advancement and career progression. Flexible shift patterns and learning and development opportunities are also available.
