The ideal candidate will be able to establish a warm and supportive relationship with pupils in order to support them feeling safe and enabling them to enjoy and learn during their time at the School.


We are currently supporting a school who are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Education Support Professional to join their team of welcoming and committed practitioners.


About the Role


This role is suitable for someone who has experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).


You will be required to provide support to teachers and other education professionals in the classroom, helping to promote pupil learning and development.


The salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Requirements



  • Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
