About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team, responsible for creating a safe, inspiring space for young learners. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing engaging activities that foster child development indoors and outdoors.
  2. Supporting individual growth through personalized programs for children with additional needs.
  3. Building partnerships with families through open communication and fostering a strong home-school connection.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years, Graduate in Education or a Core Subject, GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Some hands-on experience working with young children.
  • A true passion for early years education, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a sense of humour.
