Our client, a reputable nursery management service in North London, is seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join their team. As a key support specialist, you will be working closely with nursery managers to provide guidance and cover in their absence, ensuring the smooth operation of these settings. This field-based role involves supporting teams in the daily running of the nurseries, fostering a productive and child-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare, a strong background in team leadership, and a genuine passion for working with children. Key responsibilities include managing staff, implementing EYFS frameworks, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards. Key Requirements
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• 3+ years of experience in a Day Nursery setting
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership
