About the Job
- We are seeking a highly skilled Children Residential Home Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a Children's home in Barnet.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating care plans, managing referrals, and overseeing the budget of the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of young people.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.

Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Children's residential care.
