The successful candidate will have a proven track record of management and leadership, with a strong working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care and education to young children.

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that meets the needs of all children.
  • Support and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Liaise with local authorities and other professionals to ensure compliance with regulations and best practice.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent.
  • At least 18 months' experience in nursery management, with a strong focus on leadership and staff development.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements.
