Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join our team in Barnet, London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.
As a Service Delivery Lead at HFT, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our supported living services, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
You will work closely with our Regional Service Managers to coach, support, and manage staff teams effectively, promoting good practice and excellence in service delivery.
This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional care and support. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the delivery of care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities
- Managing and developing staff teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Working closely with Regional Service Managers to achieve business objectives
- Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in service delivery
