Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pediatric Clinical Services Manager to join our team at a leading children's hospice in North London. The successful candidate will have significant experience in pediatric palliative care and leadership, with excellent clinical and communication skills.

About the Role:

The Clinical Services Manager will lead the development and operational delivery of family-centered care, support the leadership and transformation of Clinical Services, and drive change management and enhance clinical practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from £51,000 to £58,000, depending on experience, with a competitive joining bonus of £5,000. The package also includes 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service, NHS pension scheme for nursing staff, life assurance, and access to a Blue Light card for discounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch) qualification
  • Significant experience in pediatric palliative care and leadership
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Experience in change management and service development
