Pediatric Nursing Leadership Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert nursing care to vulnerable children and their families in a nurturing environment.
  • To work synergistically with healthcare professionals to design and implement effective care strategies.
  • To conduct thorough needs assessments, develop tailored care plans, and evaluate the impact of nursing interventions.
  • To engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical expertise and stay abreast of industry advancements.
  • To contribute to policy development that drives excellence in pediatric nursing practice.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Active registration with the NMC as a qualified nurse.
  • Proven experience working with critically ill children and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
