We are seeking an experienced Estates Compliance Manager to join our team at Finegreen on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large NHS organisation and contribute to their success in managing their compliance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare estates related compliance and be able to provide leadership in auditing and ensuring compliance with statutory and other relevant approved codes of practice. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a lead in all matters related to auditing and ensuring compliance;
  • Managing and operating the Estates and Facilities compliance systems;
  • Preparing regular detailed reports on Estates Compliance matters;
  • Drafting and presenting a regular standardised Compliance Report;
  • Participating in the Estates and Facilities Team structure and deputising for colleagues;
  • Compiling Estates training matrix and ensuring all staff training is up to date;
  • Ensuring all Directorate Policies are up to date.
