About the Role:

This Healthcare Support Professional role will involve providing high-quality patient care, maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality, and supporting healthcare professionals with tasks delegated by Registered Nursing Staff. You will be responsible for assisting patients with personal care, hygiene, and sanitary needs, as well as meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

  • Maintaining high standards of patient care

You will also contribute to care assessments, implementation, and evaluation, communicate effectively with staff members, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include participating in audits, protecting individuals from abuse, and reporting suspicions.
