Care Services Team Lead

At Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our Adult Social Care Team as a Lead Practitioner. Based in Barnet, this permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £47,805 per annum.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supervising staff within the team, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices. Safeguarding adults at risk is a fundamental aspect of this role, and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the principles and their application in all procedures and practices.
- Mentor and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care and support services.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are embedded in all aspects of work.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver effective social work support.
- Conduct complex assessments and safeguarding enquiries to identify appropriate options for individuals.
- Social work qualification with registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others.
- Knowledge of community and group work.
- Familiarity with children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
