Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Hadley Lawns Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personal care to our residents, working closely with the nurse to ensure seamless delivery of clinical duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ3 in care or working towards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
