Job Description:We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Finishing Foreperson to join our client's team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finishing operations of high-end residential properties, ensuring quality standards are met and working closely with the site team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction finishing operations, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of finishing processes. They will also be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders.
