At Ventry Care Homes, we are seeking a skilled Residential Care Home Director to join our team.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. The salary for this role is around £38,000 per annum, considering the location in North East London and the requirements of the job.

The successful candidate will have experience as a registered manager or deputy manager, with NVQ 5 / RMN / or QCF completed or enrolled. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential care home and ensuring that high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders
