Care Home Deputy Manager Position

Ventry Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in a residential care home in north London.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage staff teams on shift to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to service users
- Assist in the recruitment process and mentor new care staff
- Manage medication processes and ensure accurate records are kept
- Review and monitor service quality to drive improvement
- Complete safety checks and manage the DoL process
- Promote social activities and support service users to access local community services
- NVQ Health & Social Care at level 3 or above
- Proven track record as a deputy manager or senior position in a residential care setting
- Elderly / dementia experience
- Sound knowledge of CQC and applicable legislation / standards
- Dynamic and enthusiastic work environment
- Strong leadership skills and teamwork
- Good communication skills and ability to operate software platforms
- £1000.00 signing-on bonus
