Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality care delivery, manage staff, act as a focal point for residents and their families, maintain safe staffing levels, provide leadership and management, and manage costs within budgets.">
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care, meet regulatory requirements, and achieve business performance targets.">
  • Recruit, retain, and develop staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and growth.">
  • Maintain effective communication with health and social care professionals, residents' relatives, and visitors.">
  • Review and monitor staffing levels, ensuring they align with occupancy and dependency needs.">
  • Provide inspirational leadership and management, driving staff performance and well-being.">
  • Monitor and manage costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary controls and regular reviews.">

You must have:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment, with Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.">
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.">
  • Competence in IT, with adaptability and flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.">
  • A DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.">

Salary Package

">

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
