**Job Description**

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and person-centred care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing levels and ensure safe and effective care delivery.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of four years' experience in a similar care environment.
  • Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving high-quality care and staff development.
  • Strong communication and IT skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
