About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Greenhill Care Home, part of B&M Care Homes. As an Engagement Lead, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through a stimulating lifestyle program and framework that fosters meaningful occupation within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans that cater to individual residents' needs, preferences, and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with care staff and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery across the home, including weekends and evenings.
  • Plan and coordinate a weekly program that incorporates all aspects of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework.
  • Incorporate specific programs for residents who may be isolated, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Display and distribute weekly programs and notices, utilizing information technology equipment for producing schedules and posters.

Requirements:

  • You must hold a full driver's license.
