
Senior Care Team Manager

Advinia Care Homes Limited is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Senior Care Team Manager.
About the PositionAs a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our care teams to deliver high-quality care to our residents. This includes developing and implementing care plans, mentoring and coaching colleagues, and ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible pay and paid family leave.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a care home setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
