This permanent role offers a salary of up to £75,070 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement customized care plans and therapeutic programs tailored to the unique needs of each young person.
  • Respond promptly to referrals and ensure suitable placements for young people in our care.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive safeguarding best practices across both homes, empowering staff to make informed decisions.
  • Systematically assess risks and deploy resources strategically to safeguard the well-being and safety of every child.
  • Maintain fiscal prudence by overseeing the financial management of both children's homes, aligning expenditures with business objectives.
  • Nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver holistic services that cater to the multifaceted needs of children within a supportive family environment.

To thrive in this challenging role, you'll require:

  • A Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or its equivalent, with a commitment to professional growth and ongoing education.
  • A minimum of three years of direct experience in children's residential care, with significant involvement in Ofsted inspections and quality assurance processes.
