Residential Home Care Lead

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is a committed recruitment agency seeking an experienced Children Residential Home Manager to lead two residential homes in Barnet. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating care plans, managing referrals, and ensuring the safeguarding of young people.
The estimated salary for this permanent position is up to £75,070 per annum. Key duties include:
- Co-ordinating timely responses to referrals and matching with suitable residents
- Leading all safeguarding aspects and staff training
- Assessing risk levels and allocating priority work
- Managing budgets exceeding £1.5m
- Delivering services in partnership with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Children's residential care
- Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections
