The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our client's team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the completion of 2 blocks of 8-unit social housing apartments.

The ideal candidate will have a solid work history of delivering residential schemes for developers, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the residential construction process. They will also be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with site teams and ensure quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and controlling material levels, coordinating labour and trades, and supporting the site build programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in residential construction project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of NHBC standards and quality control processes
