Assistant Project Manager for Construction Development

Brandon James, a leading construction consultancy in North London, is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their team.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and expertise in construction project management, working on a variety of projects, including a social housing development valued at approximately £4 million.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Balancing on-site work with office-based tasks to ensure efficient project management.
- Contributing to various phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A degree in Construction/Project Management or a related field.
- Experience working within a construction consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of the social housing sector.
The company offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, pension scheme, private medical, hybrid working, travel expenses, and more.
