Job Overview: Farrans (Construction) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end residential developments in North London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and health and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of projects from initial planning stages to final completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
* Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to drive project success
* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, legislation, and health and safety standards
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Proven experience in senior project management roles, preferably in construction or related industries
* Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, materials, and methods
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
* Valid CSCS/CSR card and full UK manual driving license
