Knightwood Associates, a reputable developer in North London, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the internal fit-out of a large residential project.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to manage the internal fit-out of 37 units at various stages, from 1st fix through to final handover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing similar projects with a focus on internals and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the internal fit-out of a large residential project, overseeing multiple units at varying stages.
  • Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet project objectives, ensuring compliance with construction health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the project team, providing regular updates and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on residential projects, preferably with a focus on internals.
  2. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple units at varying stages.
  3. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with trades, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  4. A solid understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
  5. A high level of attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
Benefits and Salary

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
