A dynamic and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy in North London is seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their innovative team.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager will be responsible for working on a circa 4 million social housing development project, as well as other projects across various sectors within construction.

The successful Assistant Construction Project Manager will assist with initial site appraisal, ensure projects are run smoothly and effectively, and work closely with the team to deliver high-quality results.

  • Assist with initial site appraisal and project coordination
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

The Assistant Construction Project Manager Requirements:

  • Hold a construction or project management related degree
  • Working towards a chartership (RICS, MCIOB, MAPM)
  • Experience working within a construction consultancy
  • Experience in the social housing sector
  • Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and boundless energy
