We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our Sales team at Desira Group PLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management: Sell new and used cars to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and meeting specific sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Receive comprehensive training to develop knowledge and skills in sales, customer service, and business development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Passion for Cars: Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn about new and used cars.
  • Full Driving Licence: Possession of a full driving licence to enable travel to customers and other locations.
  • No Experience Necessary: Willingness to learn and develop skills in sales, customer service, and business development.
