Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Seek out and capitalize on new business prospects within the lighting sector.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with clients.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to remain informed about industry developments and competitor movements.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to boost brand visibility and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and present compelling sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage and enhance the client portfolio by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports to upper management.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
- Participate in industry events and trade exhibitions to network and showcase company offerings.

Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 for seasoned professionals in the industry.
- Salary between £30,000 and £35,000 for newcomers to the field, with comprehensive training provided.
- Benefits include a company vehicle, mobile device, corporate credit card, laptop, and printer.
- Commission structure and company pension plan available after a specified period.
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
