Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Creation: Develop and execute a sales strategy to create demand for our electronic components in the UK market.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the UK market.
  • Market Presence: Enhance our market presence in the UK by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Channel Partners: Manage and grow our channel partners in the UK, implementing geographic strategies for each territory.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development in the electronic components industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UK market and electronic components industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering.
