The successful candidate will take charge of the proactive management and expansion of a designated set of Channel Partners, focusing on hardware and airtime sales. This position demands a high level of motivation and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary liaison for your Channel Partners.
  • Maintain regular communication to strengthen partnerships, ensuring the protection and growth of your accounts.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of your key accounts, including their strategic objectives and focus areas.
  • Identify significant customer opportunities and explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling company services and solutions.
  • Provide accurate CRM quotations to maintain a clear and updated sales pipeline.
  • Manage your sales pipeline diligently, conducting regular follow-ups and adjusting close/win probabilities as necessary.
  • Adhere to established sales processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns aimed at revenue enhancement, with support from the Business Development Manager.
  • Promote the company’s Value Added Services effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Business Development Specialists, Operations, Airtime, Pre-sales Technical Engineers, and Finance, to support your sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or sales operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a strong initiative and a drive for high performance.
  • Proficient in executing sales strategies and closing business deals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is essential.
  • Availability for a Monday to Friday work schedule.
