Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business sales in the region.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a luxury customer-facing role and possess fluency in Business English and Swedish. A proven track record of focusing on continuous self-improvement of sales processes and an in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and NetJets products is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff.
- Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with affinity partnerships and personal networks.
- Retain and service long-term relationships with owners in coordination with Account Executives and Owner Services.
- Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and owner data using Salesforce.com and other systems.
Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per year (dependent on experience).
